Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 6–12 working days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions may apply and will be reflected automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
